well wishesGood Afternoon All

Well, this was supposed to be a card for my brother and his wife, for their wedding anniversary next week but it didn’t quite turn out that way!

Using the Fusion Card Challenge, I sorted out the colours and then the layout, cut all my bits and pieces out, but once I’d put it all together it didn’t feel like an anniversary card.  Can’t explain why, that’s just the way it was 🙂

Anyhow, that point apart, I used a spellbinders lattice die to create the centre panel, which I’ve then sandwiched between the frame and the backing.  The flowers are the Heartfelt Creations Sun Kissed Fleur set which have been stamped, clear embossed and then cut using the corresponding die and the pearls are from the Hobby House.

I even managed to find some swirls and leaves in my bit box to use up too!

Just for information, I have now made an anniversary card, so they won’t miss out 🙂

Right, well off to work now, so will hopefully be back again soon.

Thanks for stopping by

It is however a perfect get well card … I love the lattice and those flowers are so fantastic … the dimension really brings them to life … so glad you joined us at Fusion Card Challenge.

I love the striking white lattice against the dark navy! So clean looking and your flowers are gorgeous!
