Well I’m back, had a great holiday 🙂 but OMG, back to reality now with an almighty bump 😦 so I really haven’t managed to do very much on the crafty front.
However, I went to one of my friend Sonia‘s workshops where she showed us how to create a concertina card for Christmas. I tried it again at home and adapted it slightly so that I could come up with a wedding card, and this is the outcome.
Basically I kept it very simple using cream card and a coppery coloured card. I’ve used love heart dies from Stampin’ Up, as well as the Celtic knot and the Cherry Blossom dies from Spellbinders. The letters were cut out on my Cricut using the Art Nouveau cartridge and each blossom has a tiny little gem in the centre, and that’s about it.
I’m struggling a little to get some quality crafting time at the moment, but I shall make every effort to get back on track and will hopefully be back again soon 🙂
